One Week Old

Dear ML, Time is flying... I cannot believe you are a week old and at the same time I feel like you have been with us forever. You have transitioned into our lives very smoothly ;). Let's hope your peaceful nature continues. While you do sleep most of the day, you are waking up a few more minutes each day to say hello - much to our delight! You are doing great with all the jobs of a baby: plenty of messy diapers, lots of sleeping, and nursing every 3 hours or so around the clock. Luckily I've done fairly well so far with 3 hour blocks of sleep at night and you have not held too many middle of the night parties. Your Daddy is helping make my job easy by cleaning up and keeping your big brothers occupied. Calvin is most taken with you and always asks to hold you. He is constantly patting you gently on the head and giving you kisses. You are lucky to have such good big brothers!




Speaking of the big brothers... Today was the "Touch a Truck" event in Southern IN, aka little boy heaven.
